What You'll Do
As a Barista at Bougies Donuts, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care. - Assisting customers with their orders and providing friendly, attentive service. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area. - Restocking supplies and ingredients to keep operations running smoothly. - Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment. - Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who bring both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or café. - The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. - Strong communication skills and the ability to read and write in English. - A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. - A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
