Boudreaux's New Drug Store will serve the patient-physician need by preparing CUSTOM FORMULATIONS. Upon physician request, medications will be prepared according to the patient's demographic and specific etiological requirements. At Boudreaux's New Drug Store, our philosophy is founded on the belief that every individual deserves access to comprehensive pharmaceutical care that goes beyond dispensing medication. We view pharmacy as the leader in correcting patients' well-being and their overall health. By integrating evidence-based and personalized medication, we believe that illnesses are curable based on one's determination and the help of medical professionals. Relationships and agreements with other health care professionals are entered into with the goal of improved patient outcomes. Areas of focus in pharmaceutical care will include but are not limited to, medication problem-solving, customized hormone replacement therapy for men and women, diabetes (shoe program), wound care, pain management, nutraceutical support, drug regimen reviews, and medication case management.

About The Role

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings to optimize the executive's time and productivity. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and timely follow-up on action items. By maintaining meticulous records and preparing professional presentations, the Executive Assistant contributes to informed decision-making and effective leadership. Ultimately, this role supports the executive in achieving organizational goals by anticipating needs and proactively managing administrative tasks. This role could be either Full-Time or Part-Time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment within the United States.
  • Familiarity with advanced calendar management tools and travel booking platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of executives.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or departments.

Responsibilities

  • Cater lunch for staff.
  • Mail out checks.
  • Run errands as needed.
  • Stock bathrooms.
  • Any other miscellaneous task required by the executive leadership team.

Skills

The required skills such as calendar management and travel arrangements are essential for organizing the executive's schedule and ensuring efficient time use. General administrative and executive administrative skills are applied daily to manage correspondence, maintain records, and facilitate smooth office operations. Preferred skills like advanced calendar tools and independent problem-solving enhance the ability to anticipate challenges and provide proactive support, contributing to overall executive effectiveness. Ability to be flexible in job duties.
