What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier Bartender position at BOUDREAUX'S II LLC?
FOH Cashier/Bartender position consist of-
- greeting of guest when entering and farewell when they exit
- cleaning and bussing tables, booths and bar area when guest are leaving
- upkeeping to go items for MOD (condiments, drinks, plasticware, ocasionally bagging of orders)
- cleaning of front counter and maintaining appropriate stock levels during shift
- closing of store consist of sweeping & mopping of the main dining and bar area, as well as the bathrooms
- closing is also responsible of flipping all chairs at the end of the night
- morning shift is responsible for opening of dining area, flipping chairs, putting out condiments for guest and fixing up the to go area for MOD
- bar area must also been clean and sanitized after every shift change
- restocking must also be completed before shift change/EOD
- cashiers are also responsible for reporting of any guest concerns to managment
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
