The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are growing — and we’re looking for full-time Service Technicians to join our busy, high-volume service departments. Whether you’re just getting started or already have GM or Hyundai certification, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
-
Inspect and test parts and systems for optimal performance
-
Perform routine maintenance per manufacturer guidelines
-
Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and options
-
Stay current on new technology through training and certifications
-
Ensure safety by following OSHA standards

Use your own tools (required)
What We’re Looking For:
-
GM or Hyundai experience preferred (but not required!)
-
Master Technician status is a big plus
-
Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-
Must be able to pass a drug screening
