What You’ll Do:
As our Service Dispatcher, you’ll be a key player in keeping our service department running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, Technicians, and Writers to ensure every vehicle is repaired efficiently and correctly. Responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily workflow and technician schedules

Maximizing productivity and shop efficiency

Monitoring time controls and job statuses

Ensuring smooth communication across the service team

Verifying all repair work is completed and properly documented

Generating detailed reports as needed
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is:

Organized and proactive with strong leadership skills

Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities

Experienced in the automotive industry (preferred)

In possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
