NOW HIRING: Commercial Service Manager – Ford Commercial Vehicle Center, Menomonee Falls
The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Service Manager to lead our Ford Commercial Vehicle Center in Menomonee Falls. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a fast-paced, high-volume commercial fleet service operation backed by one of the top dealership groups in the nation.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a proven leader to manage day-to-day operations of our Ford Commercial Service Department, specializing in commercial fleets and vocational vehicles. The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in technician leadership, workflow optimization, and customer satisfaction management.
Prior experience with CDK is required, and while Ford OEM experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in other commercial or fleet service environments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Automotive Service Management experience, preferably in a commercial or fleet service setting

Proven ability to lead technicians, service advisors, and support staff

High standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance

Strong lane management and workflow control

Experience with CDK Dealer Management System

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
REQUIREMENTS:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years

Must be at least 18 years of age

Drug testing required
