Boucher Brothers is immediately hiring Beach Attendants for The Ritz-Carlton Luxury Resort Sarasota, FL 34236.The ideal candidates will gain experience in customer service, be able to work in a team environment, develop great communication skills, and have opportunities for growth and advancement.
Beach Attendant Responsibilities:
- Set up beach equipment and prep beach area
- Fold towels in morning and set up towel/water station
- Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
- Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas in the beach
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the beach area
- Will report to the Beach Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Beach Attendant Skills Required:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Enjoy dealing with the public
- Great verbal communication skills
- Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
Physical Aspects of the Beach Attendant role:
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to work in outdoor weather conditions
