Beach Attendant Boca Beach Club Luxury Resort

Boucher Brothers is immediately hiring for a Beach Attendant for our Boca Beach Club Luxury Resort. The ideal candidates will gain experience in customer service, be able to work in a team environment, develop great communication skills, and have opportunities for growth and advancement.

Beach Attendant Responsibilities:

• Set up beach equipment and prep beach area or pool area
• Fold towels in morning and set up towel/water station
• Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
• Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas around beach
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the beach area
• Will report to the Beach Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Beach Attendant Skills Required:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Enjoy dealing with the public
• Great verbal communication skills
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States

Physical Aspects of the Beach Attendant role:

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to work in outdoor weather conditions
