About the Role
Bouchard Communications Group (BCG) is looking for a Multichannel Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across digital, web, social, and print. This role supports a range of clients across industries, as well as BCG's own marketing and social media efforts. It's a strong fit for someone who moves fluidly between polished design work and fast, in-the-moment content creation and is comfortable switching gears between different brand voices, industries, and formats.
What You'll Do
Creative Design & Production
- Design creative for campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and print, adapting each piece to the platform, placement, and brand it's designed for
- Create assets ranging from display ads and social media graphics to email campaigns and other multichannel marketing materials
- Produce print materials spanning business cards, brochures, and other brand collateral through to signage and large-format print projects
- Prepare print-ready files and adapt creative across formats and specifications
- Apply a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual consistency throughout creative work
Brand Development & Stewardship
- Help develop and evolve visual brand identities, translating brand strategy and positioning into cohesive visual systems
- Develop and apply brand elements across digital, web, social, and print touchpoints
- Maintain and steward brand guidelines for assigned accounts
- Adapt creative to different brand voices and visual styles while maintaining consistency across channels
Video & Social Content
- Create social content suited to the platform and placement, including reels, posts, graphics, and other digital formats
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and videographers on shoots, deliverables, and timelines
- Stay current on social media and content trends to keep creative fresh and relevant for BCG and its clients
Web & UX/UI Design
- Build websites, landing pages and support ongoing website design work
- Apply web design best practices to create usable, visually consistent brand experiences
- Support web creative across client campaigns and ongoing marketing needs
Campaign & Client Collaboration
- Collaborate with clients to translate campaign goals into visual, digital, and web concepts
- Provide creative input on campaign strategy, connecting creative execution to marketing goals
- Work across multiple client accounts and industries, shifting between different brand voices, priorities, channels, and project needs
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in graphic design via print, digital and web
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro & Canva
- Web design experience (WordPress and Webflow preferred)
- Hands-on experience filming and editing social media video content
- Familiarity with designing to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards
- Familiarity with marketing strategy and how creative supports broader campaign goals
- Experience managing creative for multiple brands or clients and adapting tone and visual style to each
- Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and channels while hitting deadlines
- Self-starter who can take a concept from idea to finished, published asset
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and social media dashboards for platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills
