- Perform diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Complete routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and drivability repairs
- Perform Virginia State Safety Inspections (preferred)
- Conduct comprehensive Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Accurately document findings and recommendations
- Work closely with Service Advisors to provide clear repair recommendations
- Follow established repair procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in training and continuous process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Own professional tools
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Preferred
- ASE Certifications
- Virginia State Inspector License
- Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (Bolt On, AutoVitals, Tekmetric, etc.)
- Experience with Mitchell1 or similar shop management software
- Ability to diagnose electrical and drivability concerns
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning

Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and demonstrated skill.
