At Bottomless Promotions, we specialise in live, face-to-face customer acquisition through retail activations, pop-up campaigns, and event-based sales. We’re looking for a motivated, people-driven individual who wants to learn sales from the ground up and develop into leadership roles over time.

What the Role Looks Like Day to Day

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work directly with customers in live environments, represent well-known brands, and develop the communication, organisation, and leadership skills needed to progress into management.

You’ll receive ongoing coaching from experienced team leaders and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence, skills, and results grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent national brands through face-to-face sales and promotions
• Engage customers with clear, confident communication
• Deliver tailored messaging based on customer needs
• Support live events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
• Assist with campaign setup, branding, and daily organisation
• Learn sales techniques, goal setting, and performance tracking
• Collaborate within a driven, team-focused sales environment
