Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant Role Overview:
As a Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in engaging consumers, promoting client brands, and most importantly, driving sales. This is a high-energy, entry-level position where you’ll rotate through key functions such as campaign execution, customer interaction, and team collaboration, all while receiving direct mentorship from experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support campaign setup and represent client brands at live events
- Proactively engage with event attendees and communicate product value
- Drive sales conversions and contribute to campaign performance goals
- Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging
- Participate in feedback sessions to sharpen skills and improve outcomes
- Learn foundational skills in sales strategy, customer management, and data analysis
