What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Bottles Waynesboro?
We know there a lot of "dead" job postings out there but this isn't one. We are actively hiring multiple new team members to join our team as soon as possible.
Bottles was founded in 2020 and has been the best hangout spot in town since. Built from the ground up with not only guests in mind but also staff, Bottles is a great primary or secondary job.
What we are looking for:
Up-beat individuals who work well with others and under pressure. When we say we are a team, we mean it. We accept candidates ages 18 and up. No prior food service experience is needed but some background in working with others and dealing with the public is preferred.
What the job entails:
Bottles Team Members are trained on every position in our venue. These include: admissions booth attendant, cashier, restocking, food prep, and bussing. While you may gravitate to a specific position over time, we try to keep the job fresh by rotating Team Members throughout the store. Every position has been streamlined and takes no prior experience to work, meaning training is swift and effective.
Currently we are also searching for folks who can do light security work including screening at the front entrance.
What shifts are available:
Right now we have shifts available primarily on Friday and Saturday evenings. We do stagger our shifts so you may be 4pm-2:30am, 7pm-2:30am or 8:30pm-2:30am . In addition to these main shifts, we also hold various private events throughout the week/weekend offering additional hours. Right now you can count on 6- 12 hours a week, making this a perfect second job or college job.
What is the pay and what other benefits are available:
All Team Members start at $16 an hour. Increases are based on tenure and performance. You will also receive a 50% Employee Discount as well as receive Free Admission when you're off and want to hang out!
