Position Summary
This is an entry-level bookkeeping position and is primarily data entry and audit. The main responsibilities for this position are: entering checks for inventory deliveries, processing ACH payments, uploading bank data, invoice scanning, daily sales and cost of goods sold journal entries, and weekly/monthly audits of journal entries, sales tax and transfers.
Requirements
-Previous experience using QuickBooks and basic accounting knowledge is a must.
-Comfortable working independently.
This is a part-time position and must be available between the hours of 8am-4pm Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays.
Pay is dependent upon experience, starting at $16.50/hour
