Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments following established protocols and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of samples for analysis, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Collect, record, and analyze data from experiments and tests.
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and TTB regulations during all laboratory activities.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document findings clearly and concisely in laboratory notebooks or electronic systems.
Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures, including wet chemistry techniques.
- Experience working in a research or industrial laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of microbiology principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and TTB regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
