The manufacturing division of Bottleless Nation is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician for our fast-growing Indianapolis facility. In this role, you will play a key part in building innovative, eco-friendly water filtration systems that help businesses eliminate plastic waste. This position is responsible for assembling products according to work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Identify and report material, quality, or production issues to management.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support inventory accuracy and material movement as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Cross-train in other assembly areas as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required. We are located off of the 106th Street Exit, and this person will be onsite Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM with occasional overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with inventory or manufacturing systems.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with plumbing or commercial beverage/ice systems is a plus but not required (We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!)
