Floor Associates are responsible maintaining the sales floor and assisting customers.
Reports to:
- Department manager
- Floor manager
- Assistant store manager
- Store manager
Expectations:
- Provides excellent customer service
- Ensures that deliveries are put away promptly
- Working knowledge of all products in the department
- Maintains and stocks shelves, case displays and beer coolers
- Rotates stocks properly
- Ability to lift 30-40lbs throughout the day
- Help the frontend when assigned by a manager

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Experience in retail sales and stocking merchandise
- Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform product demonstrations
- Experience in a grocery store environment is a plus
