Department Managers oversee all aspects of the department they are assigned and perform important operational duties.
Reports to
- Floor manager
- Assistant store manager
- Store manager
Expectations
- Communicates store and company directives to all staff
- Full understanding of store operations and company policies
- Expert knowledge of categories in charge of
- Provides excellent customer service
- Maintains staff productivity
- Opening and closing of the store
- Monitors loss prevention following our LP standards & practices program
- Engages staff in training opportunities
- Executes company merchandising initiatives
- Receives deliveries in accordance to company standards
- Proficient with company operating systems; including, but not limited ordering and data entry
