Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
- Assist servers by delivering food efficiently from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including wiping down tables, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Support the kitchen team by handling food safely, following proper food handling procedures, and communicating effectively about order readiness
- Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while ensuring proper disposal or recycling protocols are followed
- Help with setup and breakdown of dining stations during peak hours or special events in catering settings
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate timely service and address guest needs promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Kitchen or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food industry standards

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts
