Bottega Napa Valley is seeking a highly driven, relationship-focused Events Sales Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic, revenue-generating role designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on building connections, closing business, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Proactively generate new business through outside sales, networking, and community outreach
- Identify, target, and convert new event opportunities, including corporate, social, and wine-focused events
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract execution and handoff to operations
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through strategic selling and relationship management
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local wineries, hotels, concierges, and key referral sources
- Respond to inbound inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and a strong sales mindset
- Create compelling proposals, contracts, and BEOs that reflect Bottega’s brand and standards
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction
- Provide on-site event support as needed to ensure successful delivery
- Schedule may include some evenings and weekends
- 3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or restaurant private dining
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and revenue generation
- Proven ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close high-value business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Napa Valley or a wine-focused environment strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Tripleseat, Toast, OpenTable, and Restaurant365 strongly preferred
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused with a strong sense of ownership
- Exempt, salaried position
- Location: Yountville, California
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually
- Performance-Based Commission: Target earnings of $45,000 – $60,000 annually
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 – $110,000 annually
- In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
