Duties
- Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.
