This role will play a key part in building strong, long-term relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, guiding customers through platform best practices, and helping resolve issues alongside our internal teams.

Responsibilities- Guide new customers through implementation and training, ensuring their success with Botsplash
- Ability to act as a consultant, provide tailored solutions, and handle conflict resolution.
- Attend weekly client calls and review performance metrics
- Act as the voice of the customer by relaying feedback and pain points
- Create reports to show progress and inform strategy.
- Monitor customer health and progress, identify risks of churn
- Manage support inquiries and tickets
- Work closely with the Dev/Product team to prepare a roadmap
- Understand and implement client API integrations and assist with API integration projects
- Look for opportunities for account growth through upselling or cross-selling.
- Hands on with technology change requests and system setup
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Must be responsive, pro-active, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Genuine interest in technology and business with the desire to learn more
- Previous internship experience in related role is a plus
