What You'll Do
As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our nurses and interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and personal care
- Provide morning and evening care
- Assist residents with meals and hydration as needed
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, turning, and ambulation
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and safety
- Answer resident call lights and respond to resident needs promptly
- Observe residents for changes in physical condition, behavior, or functional ability
- Promptly report changes or concerns to the nurse
- Accurately document care provided according to facility procedures
- Assist nurses and other team members as needed
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights practices
- Build positive and respectful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
What We're Looking For
- Current Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC/CNA) or eligibility as appropriate
- Newly certified and experienced nursing assistants are encouraged to apply

Schedule
Full-Time – 4 On / 2 Off Rotating Schedule
This rotating schedule provides predictable days off while maintaining consistent staffing and continuity of resident care.
Compensation
$25.00–$28.00 per hour
Starting wage is determined based on applicable years of CNA licensure/experience.
