Job Summary

Purdue University is seeking a Student Affairs Specialist to support the mission of LEAD within the Roger C. Stewart Office of Student Leadership, Engagement, and Community (SLEC). In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the overall quality of the student life experience by serving as a trusted resource and advisor to student organizations, councils, officers, and university staff. You will cultivate and manage partnerships that strengthen student leadership opportunities across all SLEC units, Student Life, and the broader university community. While primarily assigned to a specific unit, you will also assist with leadership development programming and student support initiatives throughout all areas of SLEC.

This position focuses on providing intentional opportunities for leadership development that cultivate self-awareness, effective communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and an understanding of how students can leverage their individual strengths as they progress through Purdue.
