The North Central Nursing Clinics (NCNC), known in our communities as the Family Health Clinics, are a federally qualified health center (FQHC) providing access to high-quality primary healthcare services for the communities surrounding Burlington, Delphi, Monon, and Wolcott. What You’ll Be Doing
Under the supervision of NCNC’s Medical Director, core job functions include providing primary health care to the clinic population. This can include the care the consumer receives at the point of contact with the healthcare system and/or the continued care of the individual as a health care consumer. The care provided is two-dimensional: identification, management and/or referral of the health problems; and the maintenance of the consumer's health by means of preventive and promotive health care action.

What You’ll Be Doing
Under the supervision of NCNC’s Medical Director, core job functions include providing primary health care to the clinic population. This can include the care the consumer receives at the point of contact with the healthcare system and/or the continued care of the individual as a health care consumer. The care provided is two-dimensional: identification, management and/or referral of the health problems; and the maintenance of the consumer's health by means of preventive and promotive health care action.
Additional Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Spend approximately >50% of their time managing and performing OB/GYN services, including:
- Women’s Health care (e.g. women’s health exams, paps, IUD/LARC placement, etc.),
- Prenatal/OB care
- Postpartum care
- Provide acute and chronic care to patients of all ages, from birth to older adults.
- Primarily provide healthcare services at the Delphi clinic, but once-weekly travel to the Monon clinic to provide services.
What We’re Looking For:
Education And Experience
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Certified to practice in the State of Indiana, including an Indiana State RN and APN license.
- Additional experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
- A valid US or Canadian driver’s license.
- This position will work primarily in the Delphi clinic but will require once-weekly travel to the Monon clinic.
- Purdue will not sponsor an employment related visa for this position

- FLSA: Exempt (Not Eligible For Overtime)
