Retail sales and lot technician

If you have a year of experience and a love for helping customers, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Retail Sales and Lot Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks that keep our store running smoothly and our customers happy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, ensuring they have a fantastic shopping experience.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and outdoor lot.
• Restocking shelves and displays to keep our store looking its best.
• Providing support with inventory management and tracking.
• Handling plants and other merchandise with care to ensure quality.
• Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude and the following qualifications to the table:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing merchandise.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A genuine interest in plants and the products we offer.
