Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Focused! Providing personalized customer service
- Payment processing and cash handling
- Answering the phone and addressing customer inquiries
- Stay informed about weekly promotions and sales
- Restocking items as needed
- Light cleaning; keeping the workspace clean & organized
- Counting inventory when needed (with training)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of in-person customer service experience
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift 15-25lbs throughout the shift
- Availability to work weekends, especially during the busy spring/summer season
- Ability to handle challenging customer service situations professionally
