Our Barista’s are responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer while representing our company in a professional manner. This position will report to the Market Manager.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Personable, outgoing, and enthusiastic about interacting with guests
- Passionate about coffee, tea, and fresh juices
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency while maintaining great customer service
- ServSafe certification desired
Duties/Responsibilites:
- Assist in opening and closing the Market according to established policies and procedures
- Operate espresso machine and other Market equipment in order to prepare gourmet drinks and pastries
- Provide exceptional guest experience at all times
- Assists with the storage, stocking, rotation, and maintenance of all products
- Count and report inventory of levels of ingredients used
- Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness within the shop
- All other duties assigned
