Boswell is seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Administrator to serve as the foundational backbone of our brand-new East Brunswick, NJ office. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as the primary point of contact and operational lead for our newest location.
As the "face" of the East Brunswick office, you will balance front-desk engagement with high-level operational oversight. We are looking for a professional who thrives on being the "go-to" person—someone capable of managing office logistics, coordinating complex workflows, and ensuring that our technical and engineering teams have the seamless environment they need to succeed. This is a true operations role focused on efficiency, coordination, and the successful launch of a new business hub.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Leadership & Hub Management
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the professional lead representative for the East Brunswick office, welcoming clients, vendors, and staff with poise.
- Operational Command: Manage the daily "engine" of the office, ensuring all facility needs, front-desk operations, and administrative workflows run at peak efficiency.
- New Office Integration: Play a critical role in establishing and refining office culture and procedures as we grow this new location.
- Workflow Coordination & Administrative Oversight
- Stakeholder Liaison: Triage conflicting priorities and high-pressure requests from internal teams and external partners, serving as the central hub for communication.
- Vendor & Procurement Management: Oversee all local vendor relationships and office procurement to maintain a fully equipped, modern workspace.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks and implement standardized workflows that align with Boswell’s corporate excellence.
- Data Integrity & Project Support
- Records Management: Maintain accurate digital files and operational records, ensuring data integrity across our internal systems.
- Logistical Support: Assist regional leadership with ad-hoc operational projects, event coordination, and resource allocation specific to the East Brunswick branch.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in office management or a lead operations role. Experience supporting a new office launch or a fast-paced engineering/technical environment is a significant plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal project management or ERP systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable interacting with everyone from executive leadership to field staff.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive, "figure-it-out" mentality with the ability to propose improvements based on the unique needs of a new office.

- Hourly Non-Exempt Range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 / Year ($33.65 - $38.46/ hour)
