As we continue to grow in 2026, we're eager to add another Certified Engineer Diver to our Underwater Structural and Civil Engineering Team. As a Certified Engineer Diver, you will be responsible for underwater assessments and other duties (see below) based out of our South Hackensack, NJ HQ with travel as needed to NY and NJ sites.
Responsibilities include
- Perform condition surveys and structural assessments of marine facilities, waterfront structures, and water-spanning bridge substructure
- Writing reports of findings with recommendations for correcting deficiencies including the preparation of repair designs
- Adhere to internal standards, policies and procedures
- Oversee and kep train/ mentor designers and design engineers
Requirements
- 4-year Engineering Degree from an accredited university (Civil or Structural Engineering preferred)
- Certified graduate of a commercial dive school
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred but not required
- ADCI surface-supplied air diver certification
- Minimum of 3 years of documented experience performing condition surveys and structural assessments of marine facilities and water-spanning bridge substructures
- AutoCAD and/ or AutoCAD Civl 3D design experience is required

The salary range below is applicable for the job and location associated with this position. Compensation will vary based on specific relevant experience, education, certifications, skill levels, geographic location and other compensable factors.
Annual Salary: $ 100,000.00 - $155,000.00
