We are a premier custom home builder in Hilton Head, SC, specializing in high-end new home construction and select remodeling projects. Our mission is to deliver beautifully crafted homes on time and within budget, emphasizing quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. With multiple new homes currently under construction, we prioritize building over remodeling and are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our projects from blueprint to move-in.
Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager with extensive experience in residential construction, custom home building, and project management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing multiple home building projects, supervising subcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of custom home production, from pre-construction planning to project completion.

Oversee field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.

Monitor construction sites to enforce safety, compliance with building codes, and superior craftsmanship.

Collaborate with sales, design, and accounting teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Mentor and train production staff to build a high-performing, efficient team.

Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes.

Communicate project updates effectively with clients and company leadership.
Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in custom home building, residential construction, or remodeling.

Deep understanding of local building codes, permits, and inspections.

Experience with BuilderTrend, BuildPro, Procore, or similar project management software preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams simultaneously.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary: $65K–$86K/year
Yearly Bonus
