As the clinic continued to grow, a second location was opened in Commerce, GA, in June 2012 to better serve the expanding community.
Job Summary:
Our Client is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their growing outpatient practice. This role involves evaluating and treating patients of all ages with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Our Client operates two clinics just outside of Athens, GA—in Jefferson and Commerce—and is hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques and at-home exercises
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Valid Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Clinical skills or certifications: orthopedic, manual therapy, sports medicine
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
