Job Overview
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and engage new business opportunities within the St. Louis community. You won’t be responsible for closing deals - your focus will be on finding leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for the company’s sales lead.
You’ll also play a part in brand awareness efforts, helping with social media outreach and local event engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys being out in the community, networking with local businesses, and representing a reputable, growing brand.
This is a part-time, contract role ideal for someone with a proactive, relationship-driven mindset and a background (or interest) in the construction or restoration industry.
What You’ll Do

Research and identify potential business leads in the construction and restoration space.

Build and maintain a targeted list of local prospects.

Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Reach out to local businesses through calls, emails, and in-person visits to build relationships.

Warm up leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales lead.

Support social media marketing efforts using pre-designed templates in Canva.

Track and report outreach activity, lead progress, and results.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support.

Strong communication and networking skills - comfortable starting conversations and representing a brand professionally.

Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule and hit outreach goals.

Familiarity with or experience in the construction or restoration industry.

Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools a plus.
