The following is a must:
- Positive Attitude
- Willingness to do what's needed for the greater of the company and co-workers
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Stand on feet in a hot environment for a 8 hour shift, with open weekend availability. Baking Shifts are Tuesday-Saturday 9AM- 5PM
- Enjoy working with others and baking
- Team player
- Ability to follow directions and learn
- Ability to work independently and time manage themselves
- Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly to everyone, including management
- Concern for health and food safety
Wage and Compensation:
- Company-sponsored health insurance benefits (75% paid by us!)
- 401k benefit (we contribute 3% of wages, regardless of how much you choose to!)
- $14 per hour, starting wage
Following are a plus:
- ServSafe Certified
- Previous commercial baking experience
