Reception: $16-20/hr.
The Bostonian Rehab & Nursing Center (Dorchester, MA) is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Receptionist 8 hours/week on Wednesdays ONLY to support the admissions process at our skilled nursing facility!
Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist:
High school diploma preferred
Job Duties for Front Desk Receptionist:
Answer and direct callers to the appropriate phone lines
Screen visitor, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines
Assist with necessary testing of visitors
Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms
Assist department heads with clerical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing
