About The Role
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by loading and unloading trucks, moving and unpacking furniture and appliances, and preparing merchandise for distribution. The role includes maintaining a clean and safe work area, assisting with inventory accuracy, and operating warehouse equipment.
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (11am to 7pm Tue-Fri / 11am to 6pm Sat)
Pay Rate: $17/hour
What you will be doing each day:
- Loading and unloading furniture and appliances from trucks
- Moving and unpacking furniture and appliances
- Picking and prepping merchandise
- Assist in keeping all areas of the warehouse clean and safe
- Proficient in all skills needed to operate equipment and tools
- Assist in accurate inventory control
- Maintenance of equipment
We are looking for individuals with:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Availability to work 1st shift hours (10 am- 6:30 pm) Sunday- Thursday
- The ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects
- Forklift/lift experience preferred but not required - will train
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
