Boston Inc is excited to announce the opening of our newest Ashley location in Marinette! As we expand, we're looking for enthusiastic team members to help us build a strong foundation from day one. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company, contribute to a brand-new team, and play a key role in our launch and future success.

Our first-year Sales Professionals can expect to earn on average between $60,000 - $70,000.
About The Role:
Join our team at Boston Inc and take the first step towards a rewarding career as a full-time Furniture Sales Professional. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about learning and growing within our company. As a Sales Professional, you will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed and achieve your goals. Our talented team will provide you with the tools and resources you need to excel in this position.
Training Information:
- To prepare for the opening of our new location in October, all new team members will complete a structured training program beginning in August.
- The first and third weeks of training will take place at one of our established locations in Madison or Milwaukee.
- Following the initial training period, team members will complete the remainder of their training at our Appleton or Green Bay location.
- Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel to the Appleton or Green Bay training store.
- Training start dates will begin in August, allowing employees to gain hands-on experience and be fully prepared for the grand opening.
- This is a great opportunity to join the team before launch, learn from experienced staff, and help build the culture and success of our newest location opening in October.
What you will be doing each day:
- Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
- Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
- Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
- Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
- Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
- At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.
What you should know about this role:
- This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
- Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required
We are looking for individuals with:
- Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required
- Passion about doing a great job and making a great living
- Desire to have control over your earning ability
- Career-focused mindset
- Outgoing personality and ability to have some fun
- Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program
- Commitment in helping customers with the utmost integrity
- Computer skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work every weekend
- Bilingual preferred
