Jana Grill is seeking a full-time Line Cook with 10 years of professional kitchen experience to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is fast-paced, passionate about food, responsible, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of ingredients and select dishes
• Ensuring freshness and quality of all produce and proteins
• Maintaining a clean, organized workstation in compliance with health regulations
• Supporting overall kitchen operations as needed
• Charcoal grilling of meats, fish, and vegetables (experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Charcoal grill experience is a strong bonus. If you have experience working with charcoal grills, please elaborate in your application.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional kitchen experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• ServSafe Certification encouraged
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
