Boston Window Tinting is a fast-growing professional window film company serving the greater Boston

area. We work on everything — daily drivers, sports cars, fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and dealer

accounts. We are building a team of skilled installers who take pride in their craft and want to grow with a

The Role:

You will be working out of our Swampscott shop on a flexible, appointment-based schedule. Jobs are

organized and ready when you arrive — no chasing leads, no cold calls, no wasted time. Same-day and

pre-scheduled work keeps the days moving without being unpredictable.

• Install window tint film across a wide range of vehicles and applications
• Maintain a clean, professional install environment
• Deliver quality results that keep customers coming back
• Work alongside a team that respects your skill and your time

Compensation:

Pay is piece-rate per job completed, starting at the equivalent of $30/hr on standard services — and it

goes up from there. The more you produce and the more services you add to your repertoire, the more

you earn. All compensation meets or exceeds Massachusetts minimum wage requirements.

Actual earnings vary based on job volume and service mix. Pay practices comply fully with Massachusetts wage and hour

law.

What We Are Looking For:

• Hands-on experience installing automotive window tint — you know what you are doing and it shows
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Swampscott
• Basic English communication — spoken and written
• Someone who takes quality seriously and shows up ready to work
