Required Skills
- HS Diploma required and 3-5 years' experience.
- Multi-lingual and/or Creole, Spanish, Portuguese candidates are highly desired Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
- Ability to identify problems/issues, critically thinking through problems (gather and analyze information skillfully) and presenting potential solutions in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others' ideas with willingness to try new things.
- Must be able to successfully collaborate and work in a team environment while also being an individual contributor.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills demonstrating the ability of accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality.
- Prior work experience in an academic and office setting is highly desired.
- Incumbent needs to be a self-starter who possesses and effectively demonstrates exceptional coordination and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be comfortable working in a people driven environment demonstrating an outgoing nature with the ability to interact with students/residents, faculty, staff and patients and various academic and administrative departments throughout the dental school. Customer service oriented.
