This position will contribute to investigations into immune responses following vaccination and infection. It will involve contributions to experimental planning and design, requiring a background to support those responsibilities. The Research Specialist will support experimental work involving molecular biology and immunology techniques, with a focus on specialized skillsets including rapid antibody discovery and screening, virus neutralization assays, and antibody production and purification. The Research Specialist will carry out experiments under the direction of the principal investigator and in collaboration with team members, with regular supervision and check-ins to ensure adherence to protocols and scientific rigor. The position is well-suited to someone seeking to apply specialized skills while continuing to grow professionally within a collaborative research environment. The ideal candidate will have laboratory experience beyond coursework, strong attention to detail, and the ability to carry out established protocols reliably.
