The Manager of Family Programs and General Sport is responsible for the creation, oversight, and implementation of the PERD departments award-winning summer camp, Camp Terrier. This role also oversees children's sports classes and PDP sports classes. This role serves as the departments Protection of Minors on Campus Coordinator. This position is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a staff of counselors and instructors.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree 3 years overseeing programming for minors Experience managing a budget Experience hiring and managing a staff Excellent customer service, organization, written and verbal skills.
