This position manages and implements all activities related to student recruiting and admissions, marketing, enrollment, and residential life. Principal duties include the development and implementation of a comprehensive national recruiting plan, oversight of the admissions and enrollment processes, execution of all marketing and student communications, and management of a robust Student Life program. The manager maintains a national profile in the field, is part of a core, highly collaborative year-round team, and hires and supervises a staff of approximately 20 during the summer season.

Required Skills
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- A commitment to and experience working in student communities based on and practicing principles of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
- Strong project management and supervisory skills and experience.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and experience in marketing/sales.
- Pro-active, analytical, methodical and detail-oriented, with consistently precise and timely delivery of work.
- Technologically knowledgeable, skilled, and savvy, including with direct marketing, design, and database applications.
- A track record of success in working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, and establishing strong professional relationships, both within an organization and across organizations.
- Training and experience in arts/arts education organizations, preferably in music.
- The ability to relocate in the Berkshires for the summer (June August).
