The main purpose of the Assistant Area Manager/Night Shift is to ensure all Boston University Campus buildings are kept in a clean, sanitary, functioning, and safe condition for the benefit and use of the University Community. This position supervises the 3rd shift custodial union staff, monitors performance and productivity and assists with training. In addition, this manager responds to campus emergencies, including leaks, fire alarms, access issues, etc.
