Busy Back Bay/Fenway/Symphony Real Estate Agency seeking an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to Join our Team!
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Transaction Processing
- Data Entry into QuickBooks & Excel
- Provide Administrative Support to Others as needed
- Report Generation & Various Special Projects
- Social Media Management & Advertising Across Various Platforms

This is a full-time, in-office position. Five days per week, Mon-Fri, 9-5 or 9:30-5:30 (flexible). Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be reliable, punctual & professional. The ideal candidate has proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with good general computer skills (such as typing, scanning & copying), and strong attention to detail (especially when working with numbers & proof-reading). QuickBooks can be taught, but experience is preferred. If you have a strong work ethic with a "no task too big or too small mindset," we encourage you to apply.
Designated parking spot available if needed. Position begins ASAP but start date can be flexible for the right candidate!
Position Details:
