Key Responsibilities of the Full Time Team Member
- Engage with customers directly and promote Verizon's 5G solutions in a compliant friendly manner.
- Promote customer engagement by identifying needs and recommending Verizon's 5G services devices and wireless service solutions.
- Deliver product education by explaining features, service plans, and bundled promotions to support confident purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with fellow Full Time Team Members to align sales strategies, share insights, and drive consistent results across Verizon campaigns.
- Build expertise through ongoing training in sales operations, customer engagement, and technology relevant to Verizon's offerings.
Minimum Qualifications of the Full Time Team Member
- Experience in sales, retail, or customer support is valued; telecom or consumer electronics background is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills to explain Verizon’s 5G wireless solutions and devices to customers clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in point‐of‐sale systems and digital tools to process transactions, track sales, and ensure compliance with Verizon standards.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with resilience to excel in Verizon’s fast‐paced sales environment.
Salary : $48,000 - $58,000
