We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reporting tools that provide insight into firm assets, flows, industry trends, and internal data sets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, and SQL, along with a passion for translating complex data into meaningful visual insights.
The analyst will support a range of business units, including the CFO, Sales and Investment teams, collaborating closely with colleagues throughout the firm. This position offers an opportunity to shape our reporting environment, mentor users, and support the growth of a scalable, self-service business intelligence platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, and Tableau.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reports and data visualizations.
- Provide support for financial and operational reporting, particularly for the CFO and Executive team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Service, and Investment teams to deliver business insights and automate key reporting workflows.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting by understanding the structure and availability of internal and external data sources.
- Utilize SQL and Microsoft Power Apps to enhance data integration, automation, and interactivity within the reporting environment.
- Provide training and support to new and existing Power BI users, promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role, ideally within financial services or investment management.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, SSRS, and Tableau, with a strong portfolio of dashboard/reporting projects.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Self-starter with a track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering high-impact results.
