Job Description:
- This is a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) that manages more than 100,000 visits a year and is one of the busiest trauma centers in the country.
- It is the only Level I trauma hospital in the area.
- Responsible for treating a diverse patient population with a wide variety of diagnoses.
- These nurses will only be responsible for care of med/surg boarder patients within the ED.
- 1:5 patient ratio with assistive personnel.
- No ED experience required.
Required:
- NY RN License
- 2 years of Med/Surg experience
- Tele experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
