OT Pay Rate: 1.50 times the taxable amount.
Job Description:
- Additional Certifications Required:
- ACLS training required within 90 days (must be completed prior to completion of orientation)
- * NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days of hire or transfer (must be completed prior to completion of orientation)
- EKG
- FIT Test
- RN License
- 5 years Experience Preferred:
- TNCC preferred
- Travel Experience Required.
