Job Summary
Are you a music lover with a passion for customer service? If so, we’d like to hear from you! We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to be the Front Desk Associate at our busy music school. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet families and check them in with our positive experience process, schedule appointments, process payments, assist with music events, office projects and maintenance, and generally ensure that the school continues to be a welcoming place.
Schedule 1: Tues-Thurs, 2:30-8:30, Fri 1-7, Sat 9-4 (3 out of 4-5 Saturdays per month)
Schedule 2: Mon - Thurs: 2-7:30 p.m., Fri 2-6:30 p.m., Sat 9-4 (with 1 Sat off per month)
Two (2) 30-37.5 hour per week positions. Schedule 1 position at our Dorchester Ave location. Schedule 2 position, primarily at our Randolph location. Both may act as emergency floater at either location. Dorchester Ave location.
